I wouldn't know Welsh from a toaster, but the 'ow's it goin' puts it pretty good.

Very clean German, no real accent. The similiar English equivalent would be a Cincinnati accent, which is, no real accent, but with a few oddities tossed in. (like "pop" for soda)
I heard from a german lady that lived through the war say that Hitler's english equivalent would be a West Virginian, or an Eastern Kentuckian (Paintsville area).
