The Instructor/s are appointed people who’re able to create unique scenarios every time and see best fit to who earns these skills through their writing and knowledge. These are the people you pay with an fixed amount of CP to earn your skill; not all skills are guaranteed to pass though, as research, knowledge and experience is require first hand to foreplay with these skills you wish to earn.
The Instructor/s will produce a Scenario - depending upon the Skill you wish to undertake.
The Payment made to these instructors by YOU, is what pays their time and effort in creating unique situations and marking your writing skills to the comparison of the skill you’re wishing to earn. So any refunds made is entirely at the Instructor’s discretion.

How to Earn Skills?
By following the next simple steps, you’re closer to earning the following skill/s you require;
- Firstly, after choosing what skill you want and meeting the requirements (Rank and CP) you may contact your local Instructor via PM by filling simply filling out the following template;
Character Name:
Skill requested: - Secondly, once the Instructor has replied to your application with a “Yes or No” verdict to being able to help you earn your skill. You will immediately make a ‘DONATION’ of CP that is fixed to the stature of the skill you require. If you’re unsure of payment details, scroll up this page!
- Once you’ve notified your Instructor and paid, he/she will then begin to write up a scenario to best fit the Skill you’ve requested. Minor skills conclude easier scenarios and help, bigger and harder skills conclude longer scenarios and harder effort. So pick wisely and remember, there is no guarantee of a pass.
- Once you’ve been notified of your scenario, it will posted beneath a ‘NEW THREAD’ with your name written in the title. From there, you will respond to the scenario with your own post/s and show a performance depicting to your skill (Engineer/Marksman/ ETC).
- When you have posted your reply, now be patient! The Instructor will soon mark it and the verdict, with notes, will be given on your progress and achievement in earning the skill. Some skills and scenarios may require numerous posts before finally achieving the skill, so be prepared!

Boss man, I hope you don't mind, but I had someone host the skill table on imageshack and give me the link, then I edited your post, I am the only active instructor and I could not see the table, it was beginning to cause some confusion.
