Fantastic! You are a excellent map maker, and I may ask for another map if I ever need one again. If you would like, I could give you a nice tip at the end of the battle.
Name: Terrain Type (Snowy, Mountainous, Desert, etc.): Desert/Town Geographic Features: Hills, Some Ridges, and a few houses Any specifics? (Steep slope on east side, cactus patches in every ditch, etc.): Dry Lake Bed
Lightest brown area is sand. The reddish-brown area is the dry lake bed. The golden-brown lines are hills, around five to seven metres tall. The darkest brown lines are ridges, and are six metres tall each. The brown, broken-up circles are ruined, abandoned mud huts - so is the lumpy pile near these circles.
The tan area is gravelly sand, very hot to the touch and painful on bare skin after a while. The grey-brown, clunky lines are an old riverbed, which is now reduced to having water flow only underground. This leads me to the green, shaded areas in this riverbed, which consist mostly of thorny, hardy vegetation and other foliage. There are even patches of cacti in there. Gray areas are rocks (in the riverbed area, it's actually a loose, pebble-y covering), and light brown and green checkered areas are patches of hardy desert trees. And cacti. The trees are pretty thorny as well.

Not at the moment, no. However, if you would like to place an order, I will gladly fill it for you. Spare maps are often maps that I make when my muse isn't focused on posting; they appear from time to time, so no promises they'll pop up.
~.:.~ This is a retired character. ~.:.~
This character, until further notice, has been placed on the back burner, and will not be used in any RPs. This being said, the character may be un-retired in the future, but all storylines concerning this character are on hold indefinitely.

Alrighty! I was just looking for a map big enough for seven NPCs per side maybe, most preferably an "African" town or village, a small settlement of buildings and oasis. If possible. I understand if you can't fulfill the map request, but would be greatly appreciated.
Your maps are really detailed and simple to understand, think I'll make a 'cock up' if I attempted it. ~Danny
The tan areas are sand, with any areas shaded in growing grass because of groundwater. The oasis is the source of this water, and is the light blue area. The green patches are foliage, consisting of palms, grasses and flowers. The pale brown lines are beaten dirt paths, slightly overgrown. The rectangular, olive structures are huts of mud and dried, woven plants. Pink areas are entrances, purple-blue areas are windows. The rectangular black areas are animal pens, made of crude stick fencing, which contain the special "spoils" of this map - purple dots are camels, brown dots are goats. Both can serve in boosting morale, as both are sources of milk and meat, and camels can be ridden. The village's camels are tamed, so the latter is possible, if need be.
I have not included any villager NPCs - rather, I will let you, PuNk, and whoever you battle with, pick whether the village is abandoned or not. If any edits need to be made, let me know. And, because of the nature of this map, I'd also like to add a useful link:

The map is brilliant, thank you Addie! I will enjoy fighting on this map sooner rather than later I hope. You may have noticed, but I have spread word of taking a small break from any major updates on this website once the entire shop coding has been revamped and any outstanding updates (divisional for example) is complete.
I may even make this break official amongst all the staff, so everyone can enjoy role playing and attending with the minor workshed for a month or two. Mod-marking, accepting of members, the routine stuff...
I feel this place needs a small push with RP, heck, I haven't seen poor Dan role play for a while? But anyhow, the map is great and the small additions you've added seem quite interesting too. Bigger than I anticipated, but all the more reason to use a majority of my stagnant units. Thanks again Addie!
Oh btw: With Viv', did you need Kyle to help progress any more story 'bumps' with her? ~Danny
Green patches are thick forests, full of annoying tangled roots and underbrush. Gray areas are poorly-kept roads, having been ignored because of the secluded area they are in - expect potholes, cracks, black ice and other nasty surprises. White is snow, which a grown man will sink into halfway up his legs. Structures of yellow, orange-brown and pale brown are rope bridges, with frail ropes and missing planks. They cannot hold anything heavier than an empty motorbike's weight, at the most, and even then, they sway and crack dangerously. Light blue patches are ice, four centimetres thick at the most, and somewhat weak. Paler blue patches are open water, with only a thin sheet to no ice at all in areas. Areas with white blobs are waterfalls, which flow into the 25-foot, forested chasm that is the darkened area.
Now for the surprise of the map: the purple dots are deer. They are feeding, drinking and basically walking about. Because of the food potential of the forest, and the lack of humans in the area, a great deal of them have flocked to different parts. Although generally harmless, they may walk onto the roads, and to a scared soldier, the sounds of them in the brush may sound no different than enemy movement.
