So with the thread Colly and I are in (which I will be replying to today Kitty, sorry it has taken so long) the information that Edward McMillan is not dead and indeed now serves the SS will be revealed to the Allies, so I figured with this new trend of making plot lines I'd take a swing at it.
I was figuring that afterward that Liam and Colly could share a neutral thread, maybe with Mitchell/Mason as these two also met McMillan during time as a P.O.W. (if Mason has been released)confirming the information. Then maybe Liam takes the intel to Patterson in attempts to gain information from Steven McMillan as the pair are family and the chances he would know something about it are enough for the Military to go forward with the notion.
It's rough and vague, if anyone cares to add something please feel free as that is one of the main reasons I started this thread.
What about a conflict of conscience? Now that Ed's caught up with Colly, the little voice in Ed's head might be taunting him, poking at him about how he betrayed Colly and everyone else. Ed could go a little bonkers with that voice getting louder and louder, which could lead to some very interesting encounters between Ed and his new crew.
Just fodder for the brain.

~.:.~ This is a retired character. ~.:.~
This character, until further notice, has been placed on the back burner, and will not be used in any RPs. This being said, the character may be un-retired in the future, but all storylines concerning this character are on hold indefinitely.

I like the idea, maybe Stephen could be really hurt by what Ed has done...as in REALLY REALLY HURT...He can't come to terms with what Edward has done so kills himself..no, he doesn't do that...he could go to Brentwood and Brentwood could believe him or Ed could capture him for him to be safer...oh I have no idea...! Or as Addie said Ed could have nightmares.

You could have Colly try and make it a priority to bring Ed back, even ranking him above Joey out of sheer desperation to have his friend back.

Liam:"You're dead man! Sunny-Jim!"
Loving the fact that after all of these months, we'll finally find out that Edward McMillan may still be alive, but worse, he's been recruited into the SS. I would be happy to start a thread with Colly, recieve the information and stuff.
I'm not so sure about Mason or Mitchell being there, unless they were to deliver the information first? Either way, once the information and seed has been planted in Brentwood's head about Edward being alive (as he suspected all along, remember), then Liam and Patterson can meet up. Liam requesting permission to take Steven prisoner, under suspicion of being a spy or knowing something in regards to why his brother is in the Waffen-SS...
But I be honest, Liam is going to be going crazy, demanding he has Steven prisoner, so maybe Patterson can deny him and under the juristiction of Steven being American, Liam has no right to take him prisoner, being of a Commonwealth nationality. So perhaps Steven and Patterson could have a long interrorgation, beat him up a little.
That way, Patterson gets a bigger part to play, having to interrorgate one of his well trusted men. Having just won a victory together.
Once that's over, maybe Liam and Patterson can get together, Patterson delivering the outcome or news of what he's found out. Then the hunt can begin... ~Danny

And maybe you could make Liam start descending into madness? I mean, his anger issue could reach a climax, and then things go downhill from there, thus affecting his performance as a soldier.

Yeah, possibly. I don't plan on making Liam a bad commander, just aggressive and far more merciless due to his anger issues. So finding out Edward McMillan betrayed him, would send him completely crazy. He'll want to murder the man with his own bare hands.
Once this storyline starts up, you can expect Liam to be more active. I'm only planning on moderating minor battles for a while, that Premium battle took it out of me. I had a dozen windows open at once every time, like, four different maps, at least three pages of browser tabs for issuing orders - so I could go over everyone's posts at the same time and blah blah blah.
Nightmare... Lol! But anyway, yeah I plan on attempting to try and role play a little more with Liam now.
Turn him into bit of a badass. ~Danny

Should I also expect him to lash out at even the smallest mistake? Because, you know, that could start a storyline, too. Maybe have a soldier get a wee bit too mad at Liam, and then the whole thing blows up, like a huge brawl or something.

Yeah... Put it this way, if someone spilled their drink on him in a pub, he'll throttle them. Lmao! I'm planning on making him bit of short fuse for a while, but really, he's always been like that - just worse now possibly.
It's hard to say really, because I haven't been able to play as him for a while and only once I get back into character, can I truly dictate how nutz he'll go. I was contemplating on having him take a swing at Patterson, if he denied him access to taking Steven prisoner - But I don't think he'll overstep that mark just yet. >:]
So yeah, you could count on him being a little feared and hated for a while, going off the rails. ~Danny

Yeah, I like the idea of a thread with Liam, maybe Stephen could try to talk Liam round about not killing Edward as Stephen loves Edward? I suppose Stephen could try everything in his power (which isn't much) to persuade Edward to come back in the thread at the mo...but then he would be killed...so then they are both stuck really...would anything happen to Stephen if Brentwood found out that he was fratinising with the enemy?

Well, it depends Stephen. You would rightfully be taken prisoner, when you think about it, but Liam doesn't always abide by the rules and well, he would probably roughen you up himself to find out what you know.
It all depends down to how far you wish to take your character. I'm not going to do anything without your consent, so if you want to be thrown into jail for interrorgation, then we can go down that route, but if you want Liam striving justice of his own with you in a thread - then the two can have a heated interrorgation of their own. Liam roughening you up a little, trying to squeeze anything you know out of you, so you wouldn't be taken prisoner.
If those options make any sense. ~Danny

Lol Rhys
I like the idea PuNk of getting Stephen roughened up, he must likely would just sit there crying but yeah, I like the idea of a heated interrigation.
