Neutral Thread Layout
[/b][/center]The following layout scheme should be used in all neutral threads beneath this area; This is due to the fact you may visit different nations worldwide, such as Australia, America, Britain, etc… So for other’s to understand whereabouts you are, you must use the following layout and establish it at the top of your thread.

[/b][/center]If none of the listed sub-boards beneath the neutral area tickle your fancy, you are more than eligible to using your imagination and creating the setting of your own. You must use the following template provided however and establish this at the top of your thread.
If you happen to create a thread that coincides with the settings of a sub-board, then your thread will be moved to that allocated area, so please make sure you read all sub-board terrains before posting beneath the Open-Terrain area. Anyone found continuously making threads beneath this area, that should be posted beneath the sub-board area to another terrain (such as Housing, Hospital, High-street -- etc) then you will entail a penalty for not reading these rules and causing more work for staff moving your threads.
