These "day trips" were a normal occurrence for the Field Medic. When she was not tied up in tending to wounded soldiers on the calm military base back in the countryside, or risking her life and limb on the battlefield removing bullet holes- Genny took the earliest train to London or other nearby cities and townships. Today there was a quiet patch in activity, so her resources were not needed. It were these few moments that she cherished; she was able to spend her time and money on enjoying the new culture and not worry about dodging shrapnel or other harmful objects. Her mind was more "at ease" than on the high excitement of the front lines.
She never had an idea where she was going during days like this. Genny would normally spend her twenty-five pounds on food and maybe some trinkets but today she decided to find a theatre to catch up on pop culture- that is... if she could even find the nearest one.
"Excuse me, do you know where the nearest theater is?"
The medic never bothered in thinking too hard on who to approach, just anyone who was willing to share helpful information was a great asset. Perhaps being shy or nervous was never woven in her blood. Occasionally she was met with directions that were too confusing to follow through with, other times they would believe that she was some kind of civilian who should have known every nook and cranny of the expansive city. Perhaps it was the fact that she was not in uniform and how her Canadian accent was not too pronounced. Deciding to give it one last go, Genny noticed a man to himself a few paces away. Wearing a bright smile, the medic gingerly approached the male so he would not be startled.
"Excuse me, hi- I am looking for the nearest theater? Can you help me?"
ooc; sorry for the short length. also i didn't know whether your character is in his uniform or civilian clothing so i left that option open. but genny is in her civilian clothing that look this.
