Noted Bugs/Fixes

Just going to compile a brief list of bugs on the site that need fixing.

• Active member mini-profiles with corrupt coding.
  ~ Any staff member with profile accessibility to edit, can remove this coding.
• Done! ~Punk
  Tinypic & Imageshack corrupt pictures.
  ~ Relevant substitutes need to be uploaded and added onto the icon database of the forum. Senior staff can have access to the Admin panel.
• Insignia.
  ~ Missing or corrupt. Another small fix on active member profiles to replace pictures in the "custom title" area - any staff member with profile accessibility to edit profiles, can modify these fixes.
