Honoury Member of Issuing Orders "Group"

Alright so I've pulled an Honoury Member of Issuing Orders "group" together for all our lovely inactive staff (or any long-term serving member of the forum whom fits the title).

Basically this group has the same powers as a Support Staff member.
They can still edit/delete/move posts, I think to be fair, if you're in this Honoury Group then you can be trusted to have the limited powers, even if you aren't regarded as an active member of staff.

Here's a few different colours for us to pick from for the group, Liam J Brentwood is the account being tested for the colours:

I think I'm going to have to say Purple. Got a nice Imperial quality to it, different enough to emphasize their separation from the average account but not bright enough to suggest full staff power.

Mmkay... Difficult decision between Purple and Gold, but I think I'm going to have to say purple, simply because of what Joe said above; it's rather an uncanny fit and Liesl suggested the colour, so let's go for it. I vote purple.
