I just learned about this game, and it look promising. It's free and can run well enough on my cheap laptop, although I have yet to kill anyone or do anything of merit yet, so I wouldn't call it "fun". But that should change once I get refreshed with PC gaming.

Don't worry, all the headshots and tank you die from at the beginning should frustrate you enough that the game won't be too distracting. Took me til my 5th battle to get a kill, with a grenade.

No I have not.

But anyway, update on my H&G experience, I got my first gun kill by picking up an enemy's thompson and clearing out the sniper and his guard hiding in a church steeple.

This was predictable for anyone who knows me.

I guess I just been lucky with having close to a 1:1 ratio on kills to death xD But might have been the games of Red Orchestra that helped on that

Well, I still can't kill at rifle ranges to save my life, literally, but I am a beast at mine-laying, and cqc is usually a toss up, sometimes I can mow them down, sometimes they get me with a headshot the moment I see them. In one battle, I was able to defend the bridgehead with landmines and a captured tommygun for all but the last 10 minutes. We still won the battle though.

Soon I should have enough for an mg42, then woo boy.
