Unless our board is suffering from 404-itus or some other nonsense, that should link you to the "new-thread"/"new application" form. It should display boxes for a character name, rank, nationality, and a space for their bio, as well as a roleplay sample.

If you have any issues, reply to this thread and I'll do my best to help you sort them out. Take your time, and be lengthy with your application. And don't be afraid to ask for assistance; we're a generally friendly bunch.

To create a character you need to create a new thread in the application board, and fill out the application details. Then register an account, and if your application is adequate, you will be accepted.

Although it is a tad old, this thread offers information that can be of some help for newcomers.
