Where is the blank app for a new neutral character? I can't find it.

I don't see any app format, just a normal message screen. Do I need to click a button, or put in some code?

Try following this thread for the time being. I'll have one of the Mods or an Admin with significantly more power than I take a look later; something may be wrong with the code or user privileges, as I just tried to start one myself and encountered the same error as you.

Here's the old profile format:

Name:

Nationality and Affiliation:

Rank(in your case I would put profession if you're a regular civilian. Otherwise, refer to the "medic ranks" posted in the Neutral App. sub-board.)


Character History: (Give a minimum fifteen-line [not sentence] backstory for your character. This can include basic history, birthplace, family, and so on.)


Situation/Example RP prompt: (Put your character in a situation, and demonstrate your roleplaying ability. Historical accuracy and knowledge is highly encouraged, as is literacy and grammatical correctness. For a neutral app., I would just drop your character into either an everyday situation for them in particular or give them a conflict, peaceful or otherwise, to confront. Again, adhere to a fifteen line minimum. There is no maximum.)

I'm using Google chrome, but I dunno' about our friend here. Weird thing is I can access both an Allied and Axis application when I log out as well.

If nothing else, mate, just use the format I gave you above; that's perfectly acceptable.
