So, just out of pure curiosity.
I do need between two and three hours for a normal (around 750 words) RP- post. I know I'm lame as hell, but I always have to translate a whole bunch of words and the English grammar is also bugging me a lot.
Another point is, I have to admit that I probably have the attention span of a guinea pig, so I do get distracted from my writing like every ten minutes .
Well, how long do you usually take, writing a post?

Depends how much I'm writing and if I'm listening to music at the time (distracting), or if i'm in a bad mood. Usually about half an hour for an average post.

It took you 11 months to reply to a thread we was in together, so I'd say Dan's posting time takes... On average... Six months? Hehe.
Personally, me, it takes an hour to write up a post, but due to all the current commotion with getting the update done, things prepared and replying to a lot of PM questions, I usually can't be bothered to post afterwards. Lose my muse completely.
I haven't role played for quite a few months - properly. Hopefully, I'll get back into role playing once all the current updates are completed and I can take a break to relax here.
So, usually for me, it's an hour's worth of typing up a post, but depending on my circumstances here or in general life, it's between a day or couple of days to respond to a thread. ~Danny

When it comes to the time I take answering threads, I try to be as fast as possible.
The actual writing of a RP-post can take somewhere from 2-3 hours, since I'm usually distracted by stuff like the cbox, Youtube, MSN-discussions and scantily clad women funny stuff in the internets.

In another site we used to post one right after the other, bam bam bam, which ... can get wearisome after some time.
To me it really varies. I usually write my posts quickly. For instance, I can have a quite long answer within a quarter or thirty minutes. It's not about what people call "muse" really, it just depends on creativity. However, I've noticed most people don't reply immediately (which is a good thing, yeeeah!), so I give myself the leisure of time to take longer. I am also distracted by moosik, various conversations, the c-box, pictures, YouTube videos, life ...

For me? Eh anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes or higher or lower depending on the post. The hardest part for me is bringing myself to actually hitting that reply button. But from there, my creativity usually starts flowing and I work my magic. I find that something interesting in the thread happening helps my writing.

When it comes to mods I try to get them up as fast as I possibly can.
Hostile posts are second on my list, I take whatever time I need to come up with what seems to be a solid plan then it only takes around 30 minutes with the map and all to get it ready and posted.
Neutrals...sorry but I don't really rush them too much, but I try not to take too long with them, I think I've gotten my posting average down to less than a week with neutrals...used to be a lot worse.
Well, for me the problem is getting the time to start. Usually my speed relies on what is going on in my life and how my muse is going, but once I get started on the actual writing, it usually takes me an hour to two to get a full post together once I get to the writing.
