I always get girlish (yeah you read that right) when I see members create things like this, saying how awesome the site is or just generally talking nice things about the site. Personally it gives me a strength to keep going and in all honesty, without you and everyone else who comes here, there would be no IO.
So technically, you are the guys and girls that keep this place going. Myself and the fab' mod-team are the ones who cater to your needs and keep brand spanking new ideas rolling out of our minds to entertain and keep this place progressing.
