Always keep in mind that 90% of the cert tests I give are either based off of my own experience or U.S. Military standards and Doctrines, sorry but it’s what I can access the easiest either on the web or from my memories.
8 - What is “Ammo Black” and why do you, as a leader, need to know this?
9 - What is a “Grenade Sump” and why would you want your men to construct them?
10 – You’re a medical guy, tell me how to treat for shock, let’s face it, that happens all to often in battle…I really need to start adding that into the mix in my mods
As always, post when you have read this in it's entirety so that I can start the clock so to speak, you have two weeks to complete this test (14 days)
Good luck.

I’ve reworked some of the definitions to fit with Nazi Germany. I’ll rewrite them if you’re not happy with them, but I thought the focus would be slightly different from the US Army
1. Loyalty: Bear true faith, allegiance and render unconditional obedience to Adolf Hitler, the Führer of the German Reich and people, supreme commander of the armed forces, and be at all times ready, as a brave soldier, to give your life for this oath. 2. Duty: Fulfil your obligations. 3. Respect: Treat people as they should be treated. 4. Selfless Service: Put the welfare of the German Reich, the Führer, the Schutzstaffel and your subordinates before your own. 5. Honour: Live up to all National Socialist values. 6. Integrity: Do what is right, legally, and maintain complete obedience to the Führer and your superiors. 7. Personal Courage: Face fear, death, and adversity, as the Führer would wish you to, and as a brave Teutonic warrior. 8. Ammo Black: One answer when a soldier is asked his ammo status (how much he has remaining). Black means he has thirty nine percent or less useable ammunition of all types from his original allowance, and this means he requires immediate resupply. This as a commander gives me a rough idea of how long my men can fight for should we be bumped, and to prioritise obtaining more ammunition. 9. Grenade Sump: A hold dug inside either inside a trench or foxhole, which has its base lower than the base of the fortification. Should a live hand grenade enter the fortification, the men can kick the grenade into the sump. When it detonates, the effects will be minimised. 10. Shock:Acute Stress Reaction is where a person witnesses or suffers an event which causes them to experience great fear and stress, and that involves terrible or mortal injury. The person will enter a daze, and will have a lack of attention as well as being disorientated. The easiest way to treat the reaction is to remove the person from the environment. However, if this is not possible, the person can be relaxed, either psychologically, or be given medication. The simplest way to prevent it is to have the person experienced in whatever could bring the reaction on; desensitising them.

Well Mr. Strum, only problem I can see is that Ammo Black is actually being completely out of ammo, Red is the lower third of the scale, Amber being the middle and Green being the top.
I'd say I'm happy to award you this certification...but you is a baddy
Congratz none the less.
