I.O Logo?

For the longest time, I've pondered on the concept of Issuing Orders having it's own logo. We've never really established a design that would suit the forum and to me, since the beginning, its always been a genera WWII pictorial based demeanour (not that we would be scrapping that).

This has been on my mind for a while and because we're a strong community based forum, it would only strive well if everyone had their say towards creating such a logo/brand/embelishment to represent the forum - us.

What do you guys think would make the perfect logo for I.O? What would be your ideas be for developing one? What colours would best suit?

Overall, what's your opinion and do you think it would be a good idea?

What about just a decent sized star and each of the 5...arms? have a snippet of the five nationality flags on them and the middle just have I.O. or WW2?
