Member/Thread of the Winter season

Most of us know the drill, well the old drill that is. There is a new system now that took effect at the end of the last voting segment. This is where you vote for your favorite thread and member of the Winter season...or whatever season it was just a little while ago in your hemisphere. You are only allowed to vote for one thread and one member, you cannot vote for yourself as a member, but you can vote for a thread you took part in. Usually the thread has to have ended in the time frame, but if the majority of the thread has taken place within the season I figure that's enough to vote for it as well. Here is the change, the member that wins, and only the member as the winning thread has already or will soon earn it's payday, will be rewarded for earning this spot at the top of the home page with 1CP per vote they receive, so go out and bug people to vote, because asking nicely gets you nowhere

Also I know this was a very slow season for us, but no one voted for the Autumn season so the Home page still has the Summer stats listed, which makes us look lazy, so give up some votes people!

I don't know of any real threads that took place over the winter season, t'is a bit hard to keep track of our outstanding activity for threads lately...

I do however feel that Adam deserves my vote, because his been incredibly active and his been one of the best newcomers of 2010 for Issuing Orders. Mac is a close second for the winter member of the month, his been incredibly active too, but I have to give Adam my final vote because like I've said - his been the best newcomer of the past year.

I can't vote for just one person: I have to vote for Dieter/Maria for more or less being the core of IO for the last few months.

True. Over the winter period, they were going crazeh' with their monumental posts. Still though, I'd like to think Adam was deserving of some recognition for being quite active and eager to role play.

Although Dieter and MAria did put up more posts, they faded, Adam, Mac, and Nathan stuck around. I'm gonna say Mac because I've never voted for him and he's been around longer than Adam, sorry Bubba, you'll get my next tie breaker vote

As for the thread...um...well... Probably gonna say Defending the Factory as well, it's the only Hostile thread to have advanced any during the season.
