The whole of Russia isn't displayed on the map, way too Large anyhow and it doesn't matter what part of Russia is displayed either. We're not going that in-depth within this first game, perhaps later versions will be more complicated and the territories outlined better.
For now, you're just Russia. ~Danny

This game will be starting tomorrow, seeing as I'll be able to get on the computer, so if you have any last questions before the game starts, now is the time and I would like to ask that if anyone plans on being inactive from tomorrow, please let me know. This is a turn based game, you are required to be somewhat active to post on your turn and for those inactive, you will simply be removed from the game.
With that said, I hope you enjoy the game and we can develop this rough diamond into a better game for future versions. ~Danny

My interpritation is every one soldier is one soldier, your barracks produces 15 soldiers each round for you to devide and Place as you wish. If you want to put a platoon strength force in a territory, then put 20+ soldiers in there.

While that does make sense. It also seems a bit small. 20 soldiers in one territory But of course, would it really make much of a difference? Divisions or otherwise.
Look... I said this once, I said it twice and probably several more times since then, but the first version of this game is going to be simple and later versions of this game will be more in-depth.
I would love platoons, divisions, armadas and space men, whatever, but we can't have any of that unless we smooth out the very basic foundations of this game and iron out all the loopholes. Trust me, there is a few. So I'm afraid it's not up for a vote and Seejay is right, depending how many barracks you build, will determine your military strength and however many you want to place in your territories is completely up to you.
So you can have +10 here, +20 there or +100 wherever you like. ~Danny
I used an "H" for the High Command Headquarters, didn't have room and resizing the building made it unrecognizable.
How far can you transport your troops across water?
Are the grey areas capturable?

1. So long as you have shown where you would like to construct the building on the map, then that is absolutely fine Bro. If you find it difficult fitting building images into other territories, which you will, then you can always expand a line from the territory, outwards into the open space (sea/ocean) and list the territories contents. I.E: infantry numbers, vehicle numbers and building/s.
2. I did mention this prior in one of my posts. You may travel across water free of charge during the first version of this game. During later versions, we will implement harbours, airfields and so forth, required to travel across the water. For now, during this version, you may travel across the water freely towards a destined territory - within reason.
All travel movements cost "in-game-time" to perform. The further you travel, the longer it shall be.
3. The grey areas represent: Switzerland/Sweden/Norway/Finland = EMPIRE 11
All empty (non-player controlled) empires will be NPC controlled. After the first round, they will have NPC defensive units and buildings appear. They will not attack player empires, but will remain defensive and defend their own territories if attacked.
Hope that answers everything? ~Danny

I did say within reason. I envisage future versions of this game having harbours, aircraft and railway transport. Hence, providing longer and quicker attacks, as well as overseas attacking.
Because this is the first version and overseas attacking doesn't require such equipment or vehicles, then no. You can only attack within a reasonable sector by using the water space.
So for example... Britain attacks France by crossing the channel. Acceptable.
France attacks Russia by using the sea/ocean and therefore avoiding all inner territories. Unacceptable.
So within reason, I would allow this. Otherwise it's fighting your way forwards through territories or making good neighbours and travelling through their territories as allies.
The whole political shenanigans are up to you guys. That answer it? ~Danny

Sorry about such a late reply, I've been extremely preoccupied with training over the past five weeks and this game was supposed to switch between myself and Mac's control. I was hoping the first round would conclude before I handed over appropriate control to Mac, but it seems this game has hit a stumbling block and therefore will have to be closed in the meantime. Mainly due to the fact that nobody is around to play it?
The same game will be hosted again soon, unless people return to pick-up where they left off with the current/previous game.
Sorry again, ~Danny
