Locked Up And Helpless(Anyone inthe trial or RWF)

Jack sat in his cell bored to death he wanted someone to visit it was so boring.He started pacing but stoped and started to think of ways to make Rhodri Williams life horrible .He was the man who put him in here.

"First I'm going to make him run around the barracks 12 no 15 times then I'll make him run the obsticle course 30 times then around the baracks 14 mare and that should do it."

He was sitting at the bars of his room and it made him feel depressed it was a 6x6 room and there were cobwebs he started playing a tune on it and was told many times to shut the hell up.It was a horrible pladce.

T om walked around the corner of the cell blocks flanked by his two privates. He was heading towards Combat Medic Technician Jack Daniels cell. He had been they're when Jack had been sentenced to three months in prison. He felt compelled to find and apologies to him he had Evan requested to be transfered for a thee months to guard Jack for his time in the prison. It was bettar than guarding the dock Tom thought. He had already been accepted and he had reported to the Sargent major in charge of the prison and had shown his papers. He walked over to the guard guarding Jack cell .

"Private Tom Edwards reporting for guard duty here to relieve you sir!" He said as he saluted the young Carol.

"Papers please" he heard the young corporal said flatly as he handed over his papers.

"Well everything seems to be in order" the corporal said quietly as he moistened for his guards to leave as he handed over the keys to Tom.

"Be car full, he has gonna a bit mental" he heard him say quietly.

"Don't worry i can take care of myself" he watched as the corporal and his men left.

He moistened at his men to take up positions as he entered the cell unarmed.

"Hi Jack, I'm your new guard sorry about the court" he hadn't much to say.

"So is everything AL right?" he said

Rhodri walked into the prison block and walked towards Jack Daniels' cell. He felt guilty for putting him there and wanted to make amends. Tom Edwards was already there. Both of them he noticed had shot someone. One of them the one who was sitting in jail had succeeded in a way as his victim was now dead. The other was demoted and sentened to prison for some time.

'Hey Jack,' Rhodri said walking into the room. 'Sorry aboout what I did.No hard feelings. As in Branigan would probably have said you were guilty andyway and it's not that big a deal. All you have to do is sit here for 72 hours. We have to run laps shoot at targets and work our arses offf everyday while you can just sit here and do nothing.'

'He looked at the medic and waited for a response.

Jak was sitting by the cell bars when Tom Edwards came in and said

"Hi Jack, I'm your new guard sorry about the court" he hadn't much to say.

"So is everything all right?" he said

Jack couldn't beleive that the man who had been in here asked if he was ok.

"What do you thik Tom i'm in here bored to hell and you know how boring it is."

He turned towards Rhodri and gave him a disliking look

"And you.(This was targeted towards Rhodri.)You knew I was inocent and you said I was guilty anyway you know I didn't kill him and you still said I was guilty.I'm disgusted with you I'm in RWF with you your my friend and you betray me and RWF what have I done to you to deserve this."

He then silenced and and sat on the cold , hard floor waiting for their answers.

Rhodri listened to Jack telling him that he knew that Rhodri thought he was innocent. Although there was no truth in that statement.

'Jack. The evidence showed that you were guilty. I am sorry for not lying under oath. If I had lied then I myself would be stuck here and maybe even have been punished for perverting the course of Justice'.

He looked at the medic and felt slightly guilty. He waited for a response.

Jack looked surprised the strangulation mareks were from a stronger man so he didn't kill him.

"Rhodri the marks from the victims neck were from a stronger man so it couldn't have been me and he was dead from strangulation before the wound from the bullet was able to get infected and it was impossible for him to die of blood loss."

He then turned to Tom and said

"You know i'm inoccent don't you Tom?"

Tom watched calmly as the bitter argument unfolded between Rhodri and Jack.

He heard Jack say.

"You know i'm Innocent don't you Tom?"

"Aye, i knew but it just i have a hard reason to understand why on earth you shoot him, you see Jack you have had a pampered lifestyle all your life you have never known great lose, it never accrued to you did it while you were goring up people where dying in those mines digging for a small wage your own people!" he said profoundly.

"I had to dig myself out of the dirt to get to Cambridge i had to work,work and work all day long so that i could get a good education you have always been pampered Jack while me and my family dug in the mines that was until we moved to London had to steal just so that my family could be well fed" he said passionately.

"Don't you see.... wait i have gone to far no i shouldn't say it" he saids dismissively

McMillan pushed the large Iron door open and looked dead at the Sergeant of the guard behind the desk. He had a pissed look on his face and the Sergeant snapped up as soon as he saw McMillan. "Sit down! Where is Daniels?!" he spat out, not slowing his pace toward the desk, as soon as the Sergeant pointed down the hall to McMillan's left, McMillan pivoted and continued, not giving the man a second look.

McMillan walked at a quick pace down the corridor, glancing at every prisoner of the castle made into a jail. He turned the corner and came up on a group of men, then he saw that they were talking with the man he had come to see. "Daniels! Care to...." he paused as he looked at the other men present "Could you guys give us a mo..." again he stopped, this was starting to get old but he had set his gaze on two other members of the jury, two other members that had both voted guilty in the trial.

"On second thought, stay right here." McMillan half whispered in a low tone with too much force behind it, he was livid and trying his best to calm himself. "Maybe you pair would like to explain to me why on God's green earth you found the need to vote guilty in the circus of a trial we were just in. And Daniels, you sit right there..." he winked as he said it "...I might have a bone to pick with you as well." the small smirk he had from the comment lasted only long enough for the medic to see it. McMillan was trying his best to not do anything harsh, but the pair next tot him had made his blood boil and McMillan had the sight of his own trial running through his head for his possible actions that might occur here in the prison itself before his visit was over.

Tom watche das McMillen came into the cell in cold disriguard .

"Maybe you pair would like to explain to me why on God's green earth you found the need to vote guilty in the circus of a trial we were just in. And Daniels, you sit right there..." he saw McMillen winked as he said it "...I might have a bone to pick with you as well."

He stood up and saluted the Company Sergeant Major as he said
"Guard duty sir!" as he signalled at his two men to stand at atention.

He showed him his papers.

Jack watched as the two men exchabnged words and he watched as Tom handed over his papers. He couldn't stand Tom being here first Tom was annoying him badley and second he was one of the people who put him here so he was just so annoyed that he got guard duty he thought that Tom said he was guilty because he had a grudge against him and now he was here to rub it in.He had had enough he just wanted to get this over with as quickly and as painlessly as possible so in the middle of there talking he said

"Tom will you go to your post and leave me alone I'd like to talk to McMillan and that goes for you too Rhodri go."

Rhodri was also one of the people who put him here. He just wanted them to leave so he could ask McMillan for a favor.

Rhodri saw McMillan come in and went to start walking out until McMillan told him to sit down. Rhodri obeyed and listened. Rhodri looked at McMillan and could see that he was obviously not happy even before he started talking.

He didn't get another chance to talk before Daniels asked them him and Tom to go away. Rhodri stood up and began walking towards the door. He opened the door and turned right. He leaned against the wall as close to the door as possible so that he could hear what they werre saying inside the room.

He knew that if he was caught McMillan and Daniels would slaughter him. But he decided that once it sounded as if McMillan was about to leave he would run as quietly as possible down the corridor and back to tthe barracks hiding when the road was long enough for McMillan to see him and then walk onwards.
