Sometimes, the page won't load right, and the personal text box appears. Erasing the text effectively screws up your inventory.

Yeah you shouldn't touch anything in the personal text field when modifying your profile. Internet Explorer sometimes reveals it, but even if you get to see the field (usually hidden for this simple reason), don't delete anything within it!

I'll issue you your kit back, just bare in mind, the personal text field is used to record inventory items in your mini-profile, by the main code that comprises of the shop we have today!

No worries! You'll get your gear back, just give me 2mins.
