Who is open for a battle? If you are, what characters do you have free?
Just a quick question, because I intend on creating a battle, but need to know the numbers of whom is free to fight, so I can personalize a map and etc etc etc.
List your combatant characters below if you're interested.

Starting to look good, the list is as follows:
Axis: - Sturmann character (Seejay) - Luther (Nathan)
Allies: - O'Brian (Nathan)
Hmmm... We could benchmark this a 2 v 2 if we had someone else join, if you are both interested. I'm not sure what side I will be playing on however. I have Gero and Steven, both have sufficient manpower and rank. Unless one of you specifically wanted to fight with or against me, let me know immediately and we can work out the dynamics of the setup.
Assuming you're both happy for this to go ahead, would you like me to start making a map? If so, where would you like it to take place? I was thinking the standard playing ground of France, but I could make a very entertaining map for us. Perhaps some hill/mountain terrain, forestry, buildings and even a mountain lift maybe?
So the map would be big, but not huge and units would consist of infantry and not armour. Number wise we could work something out, I'm not too picky, more the merrier even. What do you both think? Any suggestions or opinions?

My German Character is Jace Rosewic, he is just a single soldier so he could be a tag along to a larger force maybe? As far as location is concerned I'm not bothered and with who I fight with and against... well, I'm not fussed about that either.
Mountains are always fun and and dense forest would force some close quarters combat. My German character is all about getting in close, but whatever you decide will be good, I can work with it. As long as there is blood I'm happy.

Right I see. Well depending who else joins, if anyone else wants to join, will most probably sway who uses what characters they own. Worse come to worse, the battle will probably have to be a 1 v 1 setup, unless numbers were negotiated down slightly for a 1 v 2 scenario.
In regard to the map, I've been drawing one up and currently I have a mountain lift (one cart), slightly raised mountain terrain, forestry on lower terrain, slipstream/river around the perimeter of a built up village and other odds and bobs.
It's only the first version and I'm still messing about with it a little. I'm happy to take any other opinions on the map into consideration too. I'm also opening up to the idea of having light vehicles being allowed in the battle, but I'm not quite sure the terrain is best for vehicles however...
I'll post a template of the map once I've completed a version, then we can go from there.

Terrain Key: Dark Green: All dark green areas are woodland. Normal Green: Open Plains Slightly lighter green: This splodge of slightly lighter green area beneath the northern mountain lift building is present to represent a very steep rise of terrain. Light green: The light green on the northern end of the map represents the top of the mountain/hilltop. This is the highest terrain on the map.
Building Key: L Shaped buildings: These are the mountain lift buildings connected by long cable that carries a single mountain lift cart. Square buildings: The square buildings in the bottom right hand corner of the map is a village. All buildings are concrete/stone with windows and doors shown on map.
Blue curve: This is a river with a mild stream. No rampant rapids here. Brown Squares: The brown squares over the river are wooden bridges.
Sorry if the key is confusing, I can do a picture key of everything, but just wanted to get the map up as soon as possible and this is only the first draft of the map, so it could change. What do you guys think?
If you want me to bring numbers, I'm better off with Luther... I could bring a tank if you want?
You've got me thinking now. What other characters on the site are free for this battle? Allied or Axis. It seems like everyone is tied up in a battle somewhere, perhaps it's just me not looking well.
But a tank... Hmm indeed.

If NAthan stays on the Allied side (Because I cant battle a tank with my forces) I'll join this as an Allied Infantry.

JT: Adam is that kid who wants to play stick ball with the neighborhood Cul-de-sac with the rest of us older kids and we tell him he is too young, but he says he is old enough and always chases down the foul balls.
JT:Adam is the kid that we lower into the sewer to get the balls that fall in.
JT:He jumps around "Iwanna play!" andwe just look over him, but he still hovers in RF

So basically Adam, you want to be on the tank's side? Lol. I'm seriously thinking about taking on that tank with just infantry, is that mad or stupid?
Keep posting everyone if you're not currently in a battle and wouldn't mind taking part with one of your characters. The dynamics of this battle could still change very much here!

Well, I only have like 18 or so PVTs and a CPL. that is all I have if it were infantry based.
