Alrighty. I'm here to think openly about my plans for the future Panzerregiment "Großdeutschland".
I've dropped the actual size to 3 Companies, each representing one of the 3 Panzer Battalions in the Panzer Regiment. This is much more effecient and has the same effect. Two regular Panzerkompanies and a Schwere Panzerkompanie.
Before each Panzerkompanie is put out, I think it would be best to save for the core part of the Company.

-------- 1. Panzerkompanie
---------- 1. Panzerkompanie Combat Platoons
------------ HQ Zug - 3 x PzKpfw IV
------------ 1. Zug - 5 x PzKpfw IV
------------ 2. Zug - 5 x PzKpfw V

-------- 2. Panzerkompanie
---------- 2. Panzerkompanie Combat Platoons
------------ HQ Zug - 3 x PzKpfw IV
------------ 1. Zug - 5 x PzKpfw IV
------------ 2. Zug - 5 x PzKpfw V
1560CP
-------- 3. Panzerkompanie (Heavy)
---------- 3. Panzerkompanie Combat Platoons
------------ HQ Zug - 3 x PzKpfw VI
------------ 1. Zug - 5 x PzKpfw VI
------------ 2. Zug - 5 x PzKpfw VI
Each company has a minimum size of the above. One HQ Tank platoon w/ three tanks, and two combat platoons with five. An additional Combat Platoon may be added later.
Now, I've worked up a possible system of support so that a Company wouldn't be without support. Two Weapons Platoons may be added later, one being a Panzer AA Platoon (4 x Wirbelwind) and a scout platoon. (4 x Lichter Panzerspähwagen)
In the Divisional support, a maximum of four infantry platoons, (mechanized or motorised,) three artillery/anti-tank/anti-aircraft platoons, and one Armoured platoon may be added. Now, this is just thinking ahead to the time when/if the Regiment actually gets going and CP is made.
In a few years time, I hope for it to look like this:

------------ 1. Zug - 2 x PzKpfw III, 3 x Trucks, 42 x Infantry
------------ 2. Zug - 2 x PzKpfw III, 3 x Trucks, 42 x Infantry
------------ 3. Zug - 2 x PzKpfw III, 3 x Trucks, 42 x Infantry

------------ 6. Zug - 4 x Artillery Pieces
------------ 7. Zug - 4 x Anti-Tank pieces (if they are added to the shop)
------------ 8. Zug - 4 x StuG III/Jagdpanzer IV/Jagdpanther
2. and 3. Company same as 1. Company Support-wise. 3. Company has 1 extra Combat Platoon, consisting of 5 x PzKpfw VII (Königstiger)
Soooooo.... one headache later... what do you think of mah marvelous idea?
