Nathan's quite right, "Close Combat" would consist of short constructive posts with your actions (no outcomes of your own) so the moderator can assess your actions. It's the same as a normal battle, firing weaponry, you make your moves and actions, then wait for the mod' to come. Close combat works with the same principles, you make your moves and actions, but your outcomes are left to the moderator to assess.
