Hi... just out of general curiosity, what is are the Duties and purposes of the ranked staff members? I get that they help out with the site but, what do they do?

Also, in the absence of Punk, the administrator, new site policies can be enacted by the senior staff if both agree. In their absences, policies can be enacted with a majority concensus among the junior staff.
