A Couple of Questions

1. I originally wanted to make my charrie a paratrooper, but if I'm correct, there is only one American division ( 3rd Infantry ), so if I wanted to do that does that mean I'd have to make my own airborne division?

2. Does my American Lieutenant get equipped with an M1 Garand right off the bat or do I have to purchase one at the shop?

In response:

1. There's been a few hiccups regarding the paratrooper role on the site "offically", such as paratrooper units and their powers in general. So offically, paratroopers aren't on the site just yet, but if you wish to class yourself as one and have a named pilot on the site ready to drop you into combat, then that's fine.

Divisional regards, you would have to create a paratrooper "unit" in time to come. Divisions are run and commanded by members, so whatever divisions there currently are, then I'm afraid you only have that selection for now. So yes, you may have to join the 3ID if you're of American nationality and require a unit to join.

2. You get the standard gear of:
- M1 Garand Rifle
- Shovel
- Combat knife

If you haven't been issued your gear - then just say so and your gear will be issued.

Thanks for answering so quickly.

1. So I would have to hire a pilot to drop me individually into a battle? Or would I have to buy my own platoon and hire the pilot to drop myself and the unit into combat? Sorry for asking so many questions, but I'm still a little confused

2. Okay, thank you. I haven't been issued the standard gear yet.
