This weekend (long weekend), I'm gonna go away with Cadets from Friday night to Monday evening to do manly things. With lots of guns, vehicles and grunting.

Well, I'm back. Pretty awesome weekend. In case anyones interested, I fired:

Norinco JW-15A (.22)
A Russian .22 handgun, can't remember what it's called.
Desert Eagle (.44)
AK-47 ;D

Basically, a bunch of private collectors came in to give us a display with different types of cartirdge, and I was nominated by my Flight Oi/c to use the Desert Eagle, and everyone got a go with an assault rifle.

And, just FYI, the de Lisle can't even puncture a pumpkin at 30m, and is quite loud.
