Having some issues.

Well first thing is all my items are gone, my M-1 and other equipment I started out with.

Secondly, the shop is messing up. I can't purchase anything, and it goes to my profile saying he passwords were incorrect.

Every once in the while, the shop seems to pick someone to mess with. Can get glitchy every now and then. You had the standard equipment, correct? I'm sure a global moderator can issue your stuff again, so that shouldn't be a problem.

The second one is a bit weird though? The shop doesn't work for a bit every now and then for different people, but I've never had a password incorrect error? Perhaps try going into your profile and filling in both the password slots with your password and hitting modify?

Okay, when I go to purchase a squad of soldiers, I get this message:

The following errors occurred:

* The two passwords you entered do not match. Please retype your password.

And yeah I had the standard kit, M1 Garand, shovel, and something else I think.

Until it's fixed may I assume I have my squad?

Sometimes your browser won't load the page correctly and the shop items don't show up. They aren't gone, just not loading correctly. Usually when this happens you'll see a string of strange characters below your avatar. Don't touch these. The #1 cause of people losing their items: messing with the strange characters. Not sure if that's what you did... but now you know.

Next, when it says your passwords don't match and redirects you the profile page, just either type it into both fields, or leave them both blank. Works either way. Very normal thing, happens to me all the time.

Also, to add on to what Heiko said, you may not assume you have your squad until you buy it. We don't want phantom units floating around the site.
