Inventory Disappeared...

All of the items om Tristan's account have disappeared and a stream of weird symbols have popped up under the avatar. Can this problem be fixed or should I create a new account under Tristan's name?

Just to clarify, Rhys's "Tristan" character did have a garand. I remember viewing the profile during sign-up to the 7AD (obviously my division) to see that he met the standard.

In my inital post, I did say I'd accept them even with the basic rifle equipment, but noticed Rhys and both Ben's characters were outfitted with better weaponry.

I'll change the rifle now Rhys and it seems as if this isn't the first time one of your characters has had the problem of losing it's entire gear? Must be something up with your connection to the site, anyway, in future just make sure you log down a majority of your items in a note-pad document for each character, so we can act on the problem without pause.

You're a trusted member and staff member at that, I wouldn't cloud my judgement of you so easily. I'll give you the Garand shortly.
