All members will coincide with a Military rank, I know some of the ranks are missing, but as you can see, I’ve provided ninety percent of them from the Military Army Ranking scheme. This is one large ladder to work your way up and your name will be placed beneath your corresponding rank below.

On your application, you may request a higher rank, but if the position is already fulfilled by ‘numerous’ people, you will not be guaranteed the place.

The United States Army Air Forces are part of the United States Army, similar to the Army Ground Forces (regular army). It follows the same rank structure, only with the addition of the rank of Flight Officer. Only airmen ranked Flight Officer to Lieutenant Colonel are cleared for flying as a pilot. All ranks below are either aircrew or groundcrew and may have positions such as flight engineers, aerial gunners, bombers and wireless operators.
