New Plot [Smaller]

To all of those who were recruited into my previous plot, I am closing it, because it's way too big for me to handle and there are way too many participants within the plot it's self, that shamelessly make it too epic. I'm messing, it's just too bulky for my liking right now.

However, I wouldn't mind downsizing (ten-fold) and starting a minor, yet powerful plot with Wolfram and perhaps two, most, three other members.

I'm open to ideas, but I would like to participate within the following;

- Wolfram's taken hostage by assailants (resistance group?) with another member possibly, Erik was happy to put his hand up, but it's openly optional for another member to be captured with Wolfram. I just thought it may build a bond between Wolfram and someone else, as the only real bond Wolfram has, is with Strumfelder. So a new friend would be nice for the man.

- Ok, so they're taken hostage, possibly by an Allied member? Only problem being, I would really prefer a resistance group or something to take Wolfram in and throw him about some. I plan on Wolfram getting a large scar cut down his left brow/cheek, in the shape of a thunderbolt (Punk made me a sig a while back, the scar looks similar to a thunderbolt, backwards 'S') and his eye would be slightly cut in the process, tainting his iris red from the internal bleeding within the eye.

Wolfram may be partially blind in his left eye afterwards, would be silly not to be, thinking about it.

- Yes so, I guess my plot involves myself and perhaps someone else (Erik?) to be thrown about and beaten up. During this process, the two would bond and share their stories (whilst in captivity, not being tortured?) and befriend one another. The two would also be able to show their pride for the fatherland and not answer any questions that may be appointed to them in the process by their capturers.

- Eventually, they would be rescued. Alternate threads could ensue during the process of their captivity, searching for clues, hunting their capturers.


Now, this can be a very complicated plot to sew together, because if an Allied member is to play the assaliant/torturer of Erik and myself, then I'm sure the both of us would only want our capturer to go so far with harming our characters. I don't want to find to my surprise, Wolfram has no toes and eyelids left.

Not just that, but it is a very simple plot. During this whole process, one lucky Allied member gets to beat about two Axis officers and make a brand new arch rival?

If an Allied member can't be decided upon to play the role, then I guess me and Erik will mod NPC capturers (which could be boring, but do-able).

So any thoughts on this plot? It's literally from off the top of my head, I'm open to anymore plot ideas, if this one doesn't sound like it's sewn together very well or doesn't sound very interesting. Remember, this whole plot is going to be very small. Three people most probably.

Hell, Wolfram and E,McMillan could tough it out on the courtyard? GM3 in the barracks, lol!!! Fist fight on a tank, before the trademark choke-hold move gets put on McMillan. May get me another GM win? LOL!

The plot sounds good - similar to the Joe Claude Trilogy. Only this time, it could be the...Rafael & Erik Trilogy?

Just be aware, though, that this sounds like it will take a few threads. You may want to work your way up to it with a few prologue threads, but make it so that it can easily go in another direction if you feel swamped. For example, if you wanted GM3, you could have it that a few members of the S.S. are getting snippy with Wolfram - we could say everyone thinks of him as a bit insane since Wolfrick was killed. Wolfram, of course, deals with them swiftly and efficiently, just as any commander would, but then gets a little paranoid when he hears of mutiny. In some threads I've read, Strum's played with the idea of offing Wolfram and taking his place - perhaps rumours could start swirling, Wolfram gets stressed, paranoid and drunk, and Edward walks in?

And then...well, throw in a little temper, a few accusations and the like, and you could have Grudge Match Mk. III. This is just an idea for you, though.

You still owe me a neutral, I think it's still isted in your journal...and Erik has good stories...well one...maybe not so good, but a bad lung makes for some funny breathing sounds when the two of you get intimate in the "holding" cell

I'm still a go, if you want us to get capture and tortured and all that. In fact, I'd just like to be in a neutral with my old CO again .

And yes JT, I do have my stories. Throwing helmets at Dan, getting shot in the lung by Patty, etc.

You know what big man? Let's start a neutral together. Since you've come over, I haven't had the chance at all to even role play with you and that's rather shameful upon my own behalf. Having taken you in and then not role played with you.

What did you have in mind? You realise the atmosphere is going to be a bit tense to begin with. This thread could be monumental within it's self, two arch enemies coming together for a casual chat of sorts? Should be interesting.

I'm not sure anyone would be mad enough to pickpocket three senior SS men walking down the street? I would shake the man's hand who would be though... LOL!

Good suggestion though, better then what I can currently think of.

I think it is meant to be more of a military inspection of McMillan, Addie. So I don't think we would be out in the public where we could get pickpocketed. If we go through with the capture/torture plot, maybe we could incorporate it in this thread? Like after we get through with McMillan's inspection, we head into our car, but get kidnapped? Or something like that?

To work in your suggestion, Erik, how about Raf gets into his car after talking with McMillan, you and McMillan in tow. The drive is fine (if not a bit tense; Raf could be on edge somehow), and then suddenly....

A gunshot goes off, either hitting a tire on your car, or if you want to make it really exciting, your driver. The car spins out of control, and it could turn over or something. The last thing the trio hears are sirens of police cars, or, if you're out in the countryside, coming back from, say...a smaller S.S. base, the last thing you see are shadows approaching your car....

Some nice ideas flowing here, only problem I see, is that McMillan would either be the capturer or captive too? Where it was only me and Erik before. I'm not too bothered about getting an Allied player to play our capturers, just as long as there are enough of us in the plot, I don't see a problem with modding some NPC capturers perhaps.

To be fair, I think the thread with myself, JT and possibly Erik if he wanted to join maybe, would most likely be a 'normal' type. I would like to spice it up, so it didn't die out pretty abruptly, so it could tie in with the plot I mentioned earlier. Just falls down to Erik and JT. Like I said, the only flaw I see, is that McMillan would be captured too or if not, in on the ordeal? Something I doubt he would want to be playing as, considering he fled the Allies, he can't exactly now flee the Nazis.

Well, here's some ideas from me...

Doesn't Mcmillian have some enemies in the Allied Ranks? What if some of them are sent to capture him and anyone else he is with?

I will play as any NPC resistance fighters if you need em.

Raf, the car thing could work. For example, you, JT, and Erik are in a car. As the car continues down a street, there is some road work being done. The car is directed down an isolated street, where it is then ambushed, or something. The driver is killed, a truck comes out of a garage or something, and takes all 3 Nazi's prisoner. The capturers could be members of the Nazi party against Hitler (though, I suppose that would be taking the same idea from Valkyrie, but with some twists), members of the Allies, etc.

Uhm, maybe Brian. Maybe? I want to see what JT and Erik feel like role playing first, my inital plan to be captured and stuff was just the skeleton of a plot, considering we've got two proper members adjoined to do a storyline with me, I'd like to see how they feel and what they think really.

I don't really think you can role play as a resistance fighter if you're an American Sergeant (need some insignia by the way, bug the staff ) and well, I was just looking at a simple plot of being captured if that came into the equation. Looks as if it may not now. My idea of anti-nazi Germans doing the capturing isn't my cup of tea, I was thinking more along the lines of a more barbaric resistance. Slavic resistance or Jewish resistance, where they would take pleasure in carving into Wolfram's face, not a few Americans or toity German citizens/soldiers/officers (?) who're against Hitler.

Good idea though, greatful for the help, but let's see what the other two have in mind first.
