A few things that need to be done (in my opinion):

The separation (into categories) of member and character threads.
The standardization of character pages. Following the template that has been set up by Rhys and Addie.
Someone to update the news on the Wiki. Probably Jt since he is going to be doing the newsfeed.
Someone to update the first page to match the site. Such as write-ups on Member and thread of the month, choosing the "notable battles", and just generally keeping it nice and dynamic (changing a lot).
The standardization of Battle Thread Pages.
Anything else that needs doing...

Actually, I more accurately describe it as Rhys's template modified by me, since I asked him to do the table-thingy for me at first. I just added in what I thought was the best Wiki format that helped people visualize a character the best.
