How to Earn Command Points & Ranks?

Command Points are the Currency given to soldiers and special personal for obtaining special weaponry, clothing, items and gadgets. The Military pays for everything, so stocks should always be full for you to choose from, but the Command Points is a special currency given to you, based on your performance in action, winning battles and improvement. So the Military will not give anything away free, unless you’re seen best fit to have that equipment, hence the command points.

Earning Command Points is very simple.
There is no table structure to follow, but a simple ratio based upon your performance when Rpin’ in threads.

Such as;
Participating in Neutral Threads will earn you CP at a rate of 2CP per post.

Hostile Battles will earn CP like so: The total value of all NPCs and Vehicles participating in the battle will be tallied at the beginning. This total will be the overall CP available as winnings at the conclusion of the battle. The battle winner will get between 60-70% of the pot, while the loser gets a return of 30-40%, the exact ratio determined by the closing mod.

You may also give command points to other players, PM a Moderator or Global Moderator with a message containing how much you wish to send and to whom. The Staff member will deduct the stated amount from your account and add it to the recipient

If you wish to transfer Weaponry or Tools; You must consult a staff member for the transfer to take place.

Ranks & Authourity

When signing up to the board, you have the choice to request a rank, but nine time out of ten, you will not achieve that higher rank and will have to work your way up too it.

In order to work your way up the ranking ladder, you must perform well in COMBAT THREADS and show an eager understanding to strategic positioning as well as technical moving. There is no certain table to how many threads you must RP in before achieving a rank, as higher ranking members and staff members, have the authority to issue them - when best seen fit.

If you’re a ranking officer (CO - such as Lieutenant/Captain/ETC), you may give promotions/demotions to lower ranking soldiers, but must Inform a staff member about this, in order for them to change their status - if any staff member or higher ranking officer sees unfit to your promotion/demotion, it may be voided.

This works as a Chain effect.
So for example;

- Lieutenant wishes to promote a corporal to a sergeant.
- The Lieutenant will discuss the promotion with his/her Captain (higher ranking authority)
- If both agree, the Lieutenant or Captain may then PM a staff member and the Promotion/Demotion will be given to their account.

Obviously, real-life situations won’t work entirely this way, but upon the board, it makes it easier and still somewhat realistic. So giving promotions or demotions, may only be discussed/agreed between two Officers ranking above LIEUTENANT ONLY.

All Sergeant/Enlisted ranks will not have the authority to give promotions/demotions.

Division Penalties & Bans[/u][/b]

If you're currently a Divisional C.O (Commanding Officer) you may Ban or even Fine, issue penalties, to your subordinates for disorderly behaviour.

These can span from;
- Members adjoining more than one division at a time (Rule Break)
- Becoming Disorderly towards your Authority
- Terrible in Combat (A burden to other's)
- And so forth...

With these in mind, the Commanding Officer may choose to Demote/Ban/Fix Penalties upon the soldier or Officer for misuse of conduct within the division.
