Qualifications: Must be a reliable RPer. Basic knowledge of flying is desirable, but not neccesary.
Training: On the job, from the site's most prominent pilot (F/Sgt Nathan Knight)
Pay: Dependant on how well you fly.
Perks of the job: Nathan will let you play with his toys.
