Due to numerous problems leading to a severe drop in activity, two new rules have been put in place governing responses to mod-marks, and OOC posting in IC threads. We are serious about these rules, and we have had to take drastic measures.
*Breaching either of these rules incurs a 20% Warning Level*
A mod-marker’s ruling is final. Mod-marks may not be challenged or discussed publicly. Should you disagree with a mod-mark, discuss it with the mod-marker in PMs, but outright challenging and arguing, even in PMs, with the mod-marker will lead to the penalty above. Mod-marking is much harder than it looks, and therefore we don’t want to spend and hour doing a mod-mark, for some over competitive member to come along and complain because there is a slight chance he may be wounded in the next phase. You can still discuss a mark, but do it threw PMs.
No OOC posts are allowed in Role Play threads. You may post OOC section lasting no longer than six lines at the top or bottom of your posts, but no more. OOC posts slow threads down and hinder them. Further more, do not post in a Role Play thread which does not concern you (staff exempt). This usually turns it into an argument, something which we have to clear up.
We’re sorry we’ve had to come down so harshly, but these are basic rules which you all knew existed when you joined, but who many have breached. We will be very harsh regarding this stuff, so for your own good don’t push us. Sorry, but you’ve backed us into this corner.
