Read the FAQ below if you're unsure about creating your own division or purchasing items/Npcs.

• Can i buy NPC units for my division? Even though it's not mine?

- Yes you may purchase NPC units for the division you're assigned too, but you must ask permission from the "Commanding Officer" prior to doing so.

[/li][li] Can officers demote or promote me?
- "ONLY" CO's (Commanding Officers; Lieutenants/Captains, UPWARDS) may only issue promotions and demotions best seen fit, but for a promotion or demotion to take place, there must be at least 'two' CO's in agreement on this matter - before notifying a staff member to make the changes.

[/li][li] Can i earn medals from my division officers?
- Medals can be earnt by your commanding officers, but they must provide a fully detailed 'report' on why you have been chosen to be decorated with a medal, otherwise, you will earn medals via' Staff approvals.

[/li][li] So, being apart of a division is good? Right?
- Being apart of a division is MUCH better than being a lone-wolf, why? Because you can earn promotions, medals and respect much faster than doing it alone. Also, you may even be given your own authourity in the division, depending upon the Commanding Officer/s verdict.

[/li][li] What if i don't own a division and i wanted to buy NPC units?
- If you don't own a division, or aren't apart of one. Then you may only purchase 'ONE' of each NPC at max, depending upon your rank too. When or IF you ever become apart of a division, you may purchase as many NPC units as you'd like.

[/li][li] Can i buy loads of items?
- No, there is a limit. Be realistic, buy weapons you know you'll ONLY use. Do not buy several rifles, otherwise a staff member will remove items from your inventory until a standard and suitable armoury is given. So buy and sell weapons, what best suits your character and needs.

[/li][li] Will i lose weapons in battle too?
- Possibly, depending how long you've owned the weapon and how you treat it, it could possibly break? So treat your weaponry well and always remember, this is a realistic board.

[/li][li] Can i lose CP too?
- Depends if you have a bad deal? You may purchase items from other members, through a transactional method by Personal Messaging a staff member to make the swap/transaction. Otherwise, you will not lose your CP due to RP terms, no.

[/li][li] If my tank or truck becomes immobile, can i get it repaired?
- Very interesting, if your truck, tank, jeep or any other means of Vehicle is damaged or immobile - you may have to pay a REPAIR Price (contact staff member) OR if there's any Engineers on the board, you may request them to Repair your vehicle within a RP thread. For free.

[/li][li] Can i earn money on the board, without needing to battle or RP continously?
- Yes, there are other methods. Ever thought about opening up your own shop? Or creating a character that has particular skills (Engineer, etc...) where you can offer a means of service or sell products to other members you don't need anymore? Think about it.

It says in the rules that you can only equip member charcters in your division with weapons. I was wondering does this include telling an NPC to use a mounted machine gun that has already been set up on a wall or something?

Single Soldier
- This Single Soldier Unit is one soldier equipped with the standard rifle of your division. (UK/US: Lee Enfield Mark 4 /// AXIS: Mauser Karbine 98k).They will remain with these standard weapons always, so you may not equip them with anything new, the only people you may equip new weapons with, is fellow MEMBERS beneath your division.

I'm guessing that's what you've looked at, right?
Well, you can't BUY weapons for NPC units, no. As for mounted machine-guns on walls? You would have to have the weaponry (such as a 50. Cal or something) first, before you can 'asume' there is a machine gun on the wall.

If so, you have the weaponry and it's set up, i don't see no harm in allowing your NPC units to control the Machine-Gun. In the Epic Battle, there was MG42s supplied - NPCs were allowed to control the weaponry then.

Same with the Jeep/M4 Shermans - 50Cals. are supplied, NPCs may control them too. So yeah, you may allow NPCs to control a Mounted Machinegun, so long as you have the weaponry.

Any other weapons - like rifles and such, you can't buy for your NPC units; you may allow them to use your weapon in RP, but not have it full term.

Um yea quick question how would you open your own shop up wouldn't that mean getting admin access or eh i don't understand how you could do that.

First part, having Admin Access; Yes.
Second Part, knowing how to code.

I started with a small program and with my knowledge, i expanded it greatly and it's taken me ages to get the shop how it is now. From the Images used, ideas and even just adding them! One small mistake, such as a miss-placed speech-mark, can crash the whole system of the Shop.

So personally, you need very good experience to run one, my Global Moderator doesn't even have powers to access the shop area (alter the code), because i seem to be the only one who knows it well and it's so fragile, it may break easily.

Hence the tempermental state of it, not working sometimes.

I am learning the codes to open a shop. Would i be able to just have access to start the shop once I have learnt them or would I have to wait until I get promoted to admin (If I do).

Only staff members have access to the shop; Sorry to say, members don't acquire that sort of access you're looking for.

As I stated in a PM to you, there are plenty of Support Boards and how you use the code given to you, is entirely your choice. Copying/Taking my shop isn't one of them, seeing as i've put enough work into it over the prior months.

When I said that, I was insinuating towards "Thread" based, not code based. There is no possible way this board would be able to run two or more shop applications at once.

So would we have to buy the stuff from your shop and we sell them from then.

In a sense; When the member has established a Shop and such, I could even sell the items to them for less, to then sell on at their own price. So they could bulk buy items for a discounted price and so forth.

No one's actually been bothered to take up the idea until now and I made that suggestion a long time ago. So hey.
