What about if there isn't any 'fixed' witnesses beforehand, but the Prosecution or Defense can call somebody if they want.

Didn't you just read my suggestion up above? Btw, will this court be serious? 'Cos I have a plan that invloves calling forth a witness who may not be able RP in the allied nuetral area under normal circumstances...

Yeah, I had that idea, Dan, but I'm not sure about bringing in a German. But yeah, surprise witnesses is a very good idea and, depending on the quality of their post, the jury and the judge can decide whether he really is telling the truth.
