The Medic Killed Him Sign-Ups

OK, well, basically, Damian Lewis, Ethan Day and Jack Daniels have come across a dead body, shot and consequently strangled to death in the barracks (no, it's not Eastenders...) and, after a rather Scooby-Doo-ish search for clues, Jack eventually cracked under pressure and admitted to killing the body in self-defence.

So we're planning a court-marshall.

Basically, we're looking for a judge, a prosecutor, a defender and if there are any leftover members, maybe even a jury. So, sign up!

As Daniel's CO and ultimately responsible for his sentence, Ethan will be the judge while Damian Lewis will be taking the role of prosecutor.

So, if anyone wants to sign up as a Defender for Daniels (it's advised you read the neutral thread "Meeting the Lieteunant at the Range" first) feel free too. The same goes for anyone who wants to sign up to be part of the jury or even a witness, post below!

Hey Guys,
yes you may hold a court martial and sentence Jack Daniels to how you see fit, of course, this is Ethan's choice at the end of the day and although Jack didn't murder a real Member; You should never put your character into a situation you're unwilling to take the brunt for.

So if he's confessed to murdering a fellow comrade, this is entirely his action to make and so you have my full permission to sentence him to how you best see fit, after the trial;
- Demotion
- Temp' Ban (Have to provide for how long you'd like his account banned)
- Death Penalty
- Prisoned (This means he will be in prison for an ex amount of time and unable to post anywhere else)
- Weaponry/NPCs to be stripped from him. (Un-fit to Work/Lead)

Of course, you could pick more than one of these from the list, or even your own if you thought of a better option to punish Jack Daniels. Again, do remember, he has not murdered a member player, so do not go Awol on sentencing him too harshly.

Yeah, he agrees to it. I'm going round his house tomorrow anyway so I'll be able to discuss it with him then.

And no, there won't be any sentence that will directly affect him. He says he killed the NPC in self-defence and if he plays his cards rights he'll get off scot-free, maybe even with a bunch of CP under his belt. But if he's proved guilty of murder, I'll probably jut bung him in prison for a few days (I'm nice like that) and then run in with some "ground-breaking new evidence" clearing him.

Simple, eh?

Exactly why I said, keep in mind, he didn't actually kill a real member player; None the less, you should never put your character into a position you're unwilling to take the brunt for.

And again like I said - Don't harshly punish him, if found guilty.
I don't think I'd allow Bans/Death Penalties to be taken anyway, but leanient penalties are fine. It adds to the realism of this website.

yeah, I have a feeling that most of the jury's posts will run along the lines of:

1: listened intently
2: listened intently and scratched head
3: listened intently until attacked by fly
4: fell asleep but looked as if listening intently

To be honest, Tom, I reckon I'll delete the Witness position. As a Witness, you can basically change the entire flow of the thread.
