I was thinking a lot about some of the things IO is missing.

Is there a plan to introduce Pacific fighting to IO?

I was seriously considering laying down plans for new Divisions for the Pacific, and the like. Personally, I think it would be great to create a prominent unit such as the 1/5 under the 1st Marine division, "Make peace or die."

Is this going to be addressed with the update? I'll have more questions when I'm not hallucinating from lack of food. I'm going to go fix me something to eat, everything is kinda spinning. Weird feeling. Like... yeah. It's kind of a "Whooooaaaaaa....aaa...aaa" kind of feeling. Everything is moving slowly.

Short Answer:
No, there is no plan to add the Pacific theater any time soon if at all. The coming update will round out the major European powers (Italy and the USSR) and change the rules regarding division creation/membership.

Heiko just said it, there is no current plans to add the pacific theatre, up until now, it's just been talk. The current update I'm working on will see IO up to date with a majority of the superpowers regarding the European Conflict; two brand new nationalities, whole array of artillery, aircrafts and new weaponry, vehicles.

This in turn will cause a whole new divisional update to occur, something that was incapable of being completed until this major shop update was done, after that, I don't think IO will be having any major updates for a while...
