- Fairest mod-marked thread I would have to say The Premium battle again, because it felt very realistic, no complaints to my knowledge and even though two Axis people dropped out, Strumfelder attempted to do his best and overall the battle just felt very realistic. Even though it was short. Very short.

- Best Mod-Marker All fantastic. I'll explain why, because I feel they all deserve a vote from me on this one:

Danny: He has been here since day one and I do remember reading some of the first threads. The mod marking was very biased back then (had to mod his own battles too, no other staff at the time), but as this place has progressed, he has shaped the way in which the staff are to mod mark.

He is the founder of the mod marking scheme and has shaped it to become what it is today. Even now the way in which staff moderate battles is updating all the time and getting better and better. I feel he has "evolved" mod marking to what it is today.

JT: Not always the longest mod marks, but some of the most memorable mod marks - right? JT has always kept the concept of realism in his moderating and although short and sweet sometimes, always straight to the point.

I think JT introduced the 'clumsy' scene to moderating, because it did happen and today during conflict, mistakes occur. One memorable mod mark of JT's has to be Rhys falling over and cracking a rib on a pebble. IT CAN HAPPEN!

Dan: He is a trooper. He possibly moderates the most battles here and suffers a lot of member aggravation sometime, but he gets the work done and I don't feel he gets as much credit as he deserves.

His moderations are always in detail and I have seen Dan come a long way overtime. To me, he has come the furthest out of all the staff members (including Danny) and he has grown up a lot during the space of a year here. My hat is off to you, it truly is.

Strumfelder: With Danny, he possibly writes the longest and most detailed mod marks to date. Realistic, to the point and very descriptive. It is very, very hard to imagine this young lad got off on the wrong foot here to start with, because to me, I consider him foundating pillar of IO.

Everything else aside and concerntrating on the moderating (which this category is for), he has moderated to the extent that I feel a lot of members most probably would have needed to research the facts themselves. So Strumfelder puts a lot of effort into his mod marks and that truly does show.

Support Staff: I would comment on you guys, but I haven't seen your roles as support staff properly yet. The only real person I can comment on is Rhys (Ealing). To be fair with you lot, I don't see a lot of use of your powers? Not sure if you're not allowed to move threads or even make help threads off your own accord, being support staff, but I feel you all could use your powers more wisely. Perhaps.

None the less, I know you would all make great moderators. I do mean that.

Nah, we have the basic powers here. But with a great community like IO we don't have to deal with troublemakers or the like all that much. So right now were studying to become big moderators and trying to help out as Support Staff where we can. Thanks for the kind words though.
