Great - I hope an argument hasn't erupted? As for your suggestion David, you have to understand, we can't take on a massive staff team, purely because of the fact, we wouldn't have any ordinary members to applease. That's a minor excuse, but in reality, Nathan is right. There are only a selected few we can honestly trust to get the job done and it's not easy, even Rhys underestimated the staff test and I personally know he's capable of fulfilling the job.
But when it comes to knuckling down, you soon deter the people who have the right idea on how to get things done here, to the people who don't quite understand what is required.
Updates, pfft. Honestly, these should not be a problem. It's only when member demand erupts, us staff feel the need to satisfy your needs, so we end up taking on more work than we should; Purely because we don't want to let you guys down.
If it's any gratitude of thought, the staff may be undergoing a management shift, so there could potentially be more staff roles that may open and promotions handed out - possibly. So the wishful thinking of a bigger staff team may increase slightly if I follow through this epic plan I have in my head right now, but David, having a bigger staff team doesn't always mean you will get more work done. As of now, there's quite a few staff member's missing? Including myself who's partiall inactive. So you could have a big staff team and only a small percent would be funtioning throughout one week to the next.
So just because we have seven staff members (including myself), doesn't mean they're always active. ~Danny
