OOC: Okay, well...I'm off.
The pub turned deathly quiet; all eyes were on Ethan and Tom. The Lieteunant noticed Bevan and his young companion, John Price, push their way to the front, obviously interested, perhaps a little amused, by the confrontation going on. The mood had taken a drastic turn from simple grief. It looked like a fight was about to break out.
Ethan sighed. There was no point pressing the Private for answers. He seemed to be telling the truth. No, it wasn't Edwards he had a bone to pick with. It was Head Office. How could they give such information to a mere private? He needed answers about their apparent big push and he needed them now.
The Lieteunant excused himself politely and pushed through the moderate crowd and out into the chilly night.
Tom was relived his message was delivered and naw he could go back to the barracks and o to sleep. Sleep Tom thought that would be nice but rest would be better "Don't get into trouble" Tom said to his privates as he headed back to the barracks.

OOC: I think this is the last post of the thread.
David noticed the Lieutenant become increasingly angry then walk quickly out through the doubble doors. David and Private Price quickly necked what was left of their pints and David called the rest of their squad to him.
"What a shit funeral that was" said Griggs loudly luckily nobody seemed to notice.
"I think it's time we left and got some shut eye" said James while rubbing his eyes.
"You go back I'm gonna go see the Lt" replied David hurriedly.
Then David and the rest of his men went their separate ways David headed towards Head Quarters hopping he would run into Ethan on the way. David was still furiouse about what Edwards had done to their final goodbye session. He would get his revenge but now was not the time.
Price and the rest of their squad reached the barracks and climbed achingly into their bunks.
"If that Private was telling the truth that were going to Africa at Eight tomorrow morning"said Price.
