NO! I refuse to let this end until I get to blow up Erik. I'm the one holding it up at the moment and I'll get that Mod post up as soon as possible. We'll close it when the inactive person doesn't post, not before his turn. I've seen too many potentially brilliant threads closed to let this go so easily.

Mod Mark!
Right, this is being closed due to popular demand (*Shakes Fist*), but I’m still going to include the last actions made.
Actions: Lieutenant Schneider:
Apparently recalling the coordinates from memory (You didn’t look at any map!), you messed up and ended up calling in the artillery on a position a good way behind the trenches. You would have done next to no damage on the enemy if you hadn’t specifically asked for a ‘quick fire’ barrage. With the artillery crews working so quickly, the artillery were even more inaccurate than usual and quite a few rounds landed short.
The first few rounds landed way behind the trenches and served as a warning for the two NCO’s, who had time to shout for everyone to get down. Speirs’ men had no real cover and just dived to the ground and pressed themselves against the wall of the trench. Seacoal and his men were right beside the bunker and they wasted no time in starting to run back inside (Because everyone knows concrete built is better built!). Although most of the men easily made it inside before the shells started getting close, Private Wells was less lucky. He was still recovering from the grenade flash and he tripped. As he was getting back up again, a shell landed uncomfortably close to the trench. Part of the wall collapsed in on top of him, killing him.
Lieutenant Schneider and his men allowed themselves a grin as they heard the shells falling on the Americans. Their triumph was short lived, however. As the Artillery fire started sweeping to the East as instructed, the windmill came between the shell and the target. It hit the windmill about two thirds of the way up, blowing Bukart to pieces and sending large pieces of wood from the windmill flying outwards. Schneider and his remaining men on the ground floor threw themselves to the ground as thousands of Splinters rained down upon them. It was the windmill that finally put an end to the screaming Private Blithe. A large fragment of the windmill crashed down on top of him, putting an end to his scream. Schneider and Co. were too dazed to even attempt and assault on the trench.
The artillery continued to rain down, but only one direct hit was scored. A shell fell close to the centre of the trench, sending shrapnel bouncing up the trench. One of Speirs’ men was killed and another was seriously injured. Despite his serious injuries, Private Abt completely panicked as some of the Artillery rounds landed too close for comfort. He stood up to run, but didn’t get far before he was pumped full of rifle bullets.
Result: First Sergeant Speirs: You made good use of suppressive fire with the machine-guns and attempted a complicated manoeuvre, but you payed little attention to moral, which is one of the most important things on the battlefield. You lost two men killed; one wasn’t your fault, but the other was due to bad positioning and the fact that you abandoned him when it would have been easy to drag him back under suppressing fire. 18CP
First Lieutenant Schneider: You had the right idea with having a man in the high position on top of the windmill, but you didn’t make full use of all your men; instead, relying on small assaults. You lost two men. 20CP
Corporal Seacoal: While the rest of the members in the battle were two ambitious, you were too timid. Moving out of the bunker was a stupid mistake. You had a very good position and the enemy only had a small gap to hit you through. You lost 2 men. 15CP
Luther: You made some completely crazy moves that could have got you demoted. You made no use of nearly all your men, instead deciding that because you had a cert, you were good enough to take on a squad of Americans in a fortified position. You lost one man. 15CP
