Gonna have to back Dan on this one, not my battle in any sense of the word, but it isn't exactly a battle yet is it?
This is Martin's idea, and unless he gives the go ahead technically you are stealing his idea.
Not that hard to throw a map together and just have the same members join it and have your own battle. But removing him from the battle he created isn't gonna fly. (Unless the boss man says so, but I'm not just typing for the fun of it, I have a pretty good idea of how it would probably go down.)
