I finally found the time to sit down and watch the movie. It was brilliant, very well done! Thanks for making space for me in the movie, too, even if it was just so that I could die.

Hopefully we get to see more IO-movies soon!
More IO-movies soon!? Indeed. I have a grudge-match video that's completed, but going through the post-productions of adding subtitles and editing scenes.
For those new to this website, the grudge-match sequels are fights opposed between Edward McMillan and Rafael Wolfram for a good part of a year or more. Until the massive story twist came when Edward joined Wolfram in the SS.
As for your movie Rhys, t'was brilliant! Only thing I'm a little confused about, was the fact you used loads of MP5s (SMGs) for weaponry, when you can change the props to a few WWII weaponry available on the set? Such as Karbines, M1s, etc...
I thought it would have been better to see them carrying any WWII weapon, than a modern piece of equipment. None the less, t'was brilliant and I enjoyed watching the movie.
I have to say, great job on the editing (cutting scenes, etc), because I'm currently doing that now and you've done a great job overall. I must say people, for someone who's using the same program as Rhys in making a movie, he has done a lot of hard work in making a movie 22mins long roughly. That's a lot of scenes and editing.
So great job! ~Danny

indeed. I've made movies via the game. It definitely takes some time to make. I've never made a movie longer than probably 10 minutes so that's indeed an accomplishment.

My biggest question is, how did the game rate it after it was done? Personally, I thought it got a little slow, but the only major technical problems were because of the game limitations. I look forward to seeing another in the future and I might make a poster for it sometime...
I gave it a five because it didn't blow me away, but it did show that a lot of work was put in to it.

Owen, come back! -JT I did -Owen Yeah, but you left again! -JT And then came back again! - Owen You should come back a third time, I've heard it's a charm! -JT
A link to another IO movie I made - "Blood on Rocherath Battery". Shorter but a lot better than the first. It has...
Voiced dialogue by little old me, failing to sound like an adult. ;D Apologies for awful attempt at speaking German and for utterly failing to master English, Scottish and (briefly) American accents.
Features Nicholas Ealing, Jonas Merhoff, Heiko Alkema, David Bevan and special cameo appearance by Wolfram.
Better editing.
Vague soundtrack.
An early draft included a prologue involving the battle of Lausdell Crossings and a brief scene of McMillan chatting to Mason and Mitchell but I cut it out as it didn't really fit.
If another film is made, I plan to set it around either Dancing in the Desert or Torch +1. Other suggestions welcome.
Enjoy.
EDIT: Dialogue is quite quiet; turn volume up. Also, sound is about half a second behind so the lip-moving software's a bit off.

Pretty awesome Rhys, like the small guest appearence of VERY young Wolfram. ;D I have the same game/software you used to make this movie, perhaps I should make something myself to add to your collection of IO movies. Can't say I'd be anywhere near as good as you, seems like you've got the movie business at your feet. ;D So to speak.
Awesome movie again, hope to see more! - Raf

Very nice work, Rhys, it has been edited well and the pacing is quite good. And I didn't think you failed at the voices at all, although like you said, the volume of the dialogue could have been louder. But very nice job, indeed!
