Frank Albrecht,
Your rank does not coincide with a junior CO? It says you are a “Sergeant Major”. Is this correct or have the moderators accidentally given you the wrong rank? Another unfortunate delay, but if you could just clarify for me your actual rank, then I’d eventually be happy to add you to the roster.

Joachim von Goethe,
You wish to be transferred from a neighbouring division, correct? Have you taken the appropriate steps of requesting permission from your ‘current’ divisional commanders and hearing out any unduly punishments/grants for the request to leave your current division?
May I warn you, if you have not taken the procedure of asking permission before leaving, that you may endeavour punishments from your divisional commanders.
You may even endure minor punishments for requesting a transfer… I hope you understand these risks when leaving one division to bound your loyalties else where?
If so, please have your commander send over a receipt (list) of your manpower and any vehicles or equipment you wish to transfer with yourself. Assuming you have been granted permission to leave your current establishment during these hard times. -----------------
Hope to hear back from the both of you soon, - Raf

Herr Wolfram,
I was not part of another division, I was planning on creating my own but I was humbled by the prospect and I have deemed it too big of a responsibility. Now my total loyalty rests in swelling the ranks of the Waffen-SS, and bring a full platoon.

Oberleutnant Goethe,
You bring a full platoon? I'm not quite sure what you mean, considering you're not in a division to have these NPC units listed? You do realise you're unable to purchase multiple NPC units without a divisional roster to have them listed on...
None the less, pester a staff member to change your mini-profile rank (to the SS) and then list your units and I'll be happy to accept you into the division under a trial period. Considering you'll be a junior CO within this division.
Sound fair? - Raf

Wolfram,
Both of these two new recruits are just a bit confused it seems. The have worded their requests to join a bit confusingly. Albrecht is not a Junior CO and I am not quite sure why he stated himself as one. Maybe he was mixed up? He was assigned the rank Sergeant Major when he applied so as far as I'm concerned he is a Sergeant Major/Sturmscharfuhrer. Goethe, on the other hand, was going to lone wolf it for a while until he started up his own division. As you can see in his mini-profile, he bought a platoon (24 soldiers) and was planning on listing them in his signature. Apparently, he came to his senses and decided to join a division and as such will be bringing those men with him into the 2nd SS.
Hope that helps and will clear some things up. I'm around in the cbox so I remember Frank, JT and myself discussing his rank as well as Goethe planning on lonewolfing it.
