Regarding Winters; A Formally Banned Member

Hey guys,
As most of you know, Winters was banned due to his part in copying content from this website; Ranging from coding, threads and the initial layout.

Over the forthcoming months, all of you guys have shown a passion for expressing your feelings towards this copied website and even taken matters into your own hands. I am grateful for all the help I have received and advice during these periods - particularly the cheering up.

But I have some news,
Most of you guys also knew I was looking to resolve this situation, predominately with the copied website being deleted and Winter’s IP being banned from ever creating a Proboard Website again - however, myself and Winters (with JT/McMillan as our witness in the matter) communicated on terms and came to an agreement.

Personally, I am sick of putting hours of work into updates, only for them to be copied almost instantly and the feud between the two websites is far greater than it ever used too be. Particularly as you guys took matters into your own hands, spamming and showing your passion for this website; As it stands, as of now, me and Winters are on neutral terms and have come to an agreement.

I have allowed Winters back onto this website regarding the following terms;
- He may keep his website (with all content currently on it), so long as he DOES NOT[/b][/color] copy anymore material from this place!
- He has also been allowed to come back as a normal member, to role play.

If this one simple rule is broken; With Winters copying anymore Data, one single thing, then he will be banned completely and I will not be eligible to offer anymore agreeing terms to him. Meaning, this whole ordeal will be back at square one.

As it stands, I have given Winters one heck of a chance to get his act together, have some fun and return to this website. I am honestly sick of the friction between the two websites and it may not affect you guys much, but as for me, putting hours of work in on each update - it kills me to know it’s simply being copied every time. So with these legitimate standards, Winters shalt’ copy no more and hopefully, we can get this place back on track… Properly.

Well, I know how many of you hate me right now, well personally i see no reason why not to.

I have made an agreement with PuNk to come back as he has stated above. I will never copy again I made such a stupid move doing that. The only soul reason I copied was because the rules were real strict here and that I wanted to be able to play around with the shop and stuff. I also had friends who didn't have internet but loved WWII and could not be active enough to be on this site. They could only be on when they were at my house. I really didn't mean for any of this to happen. I also have some good ideas that PuNk would like to learn and incorporate into this site. I also have updated my shop with some ideas this site could use.

I deeply apologize for what I have done.

This is true, I was there for the negotiating and have also saved the CBOX conversation, well, what part of it I could if anyone would like a copy, please PM me for it. Also before anyone in the 3ID deserts and hates me, I am giving him a chance, but if I lose too much respect from my current members he is out, he agreed to this as well.
