What Army will Your Character Serve Beneath?

Character History:
He was born on the 1st of October in Coventry, he was born into a middle class family that had 4 children. His mother worked as a midwife and his father worked in a factory creating furniture. Jeremy had 3 brothers and 1 sister.
One day Jeremy went out, when he got to the corner shop were he was meant to meet his friends he could see a marching band approaching him. He stared in amazement at this band, when they past him he realized that they were playing 'God Save The Queen' and then from that day forth he wished he could fight along side men that were ready to risk their lives for king and country.
Once he told his mother and father of his plans they refused to let him go. And then on the 13th of August he creped out of the house at the dead of night and ran to the recruiting office to ask for a application, after he was given this form he was baffled by all the choice. After creeping back into his bedroom he quickly but quietly put the form at the bottom of his sock drawer. Later when his family left to go to the local park he pulled the form out and began to fill it in, but half way through filling it in he got stuck, he didn't know what he wanted to do in the army, there was a lot of choice and that was the point there was to much choice but 3 days later he had decided he was going to be a soldier one with great strength of mind. Later that day he took the application back to the office, but unfortunately they said he wasn't fit enough to be a soldier so they recommended being a medic. After complaining a lot he decided he was going to be a medic after all you should have a longer life expectancy.
A couple of weeks later after doing all the important stuff he went back to the recruiting office and said that he was ready to heal those who are wounded he was then transported to London much to the disgust of his parents and began to fulfill his full potential

He feels very nervous and scared but is trying to calm himself down by breathing heavily, unfortunately he is to busy trying ti keep his cool that he doesn't see the German soldier coming toward the bushes and trees where he is hiding but just before the German enters the bushes Jeremy spots him and dives behind the nearest tree the German is now very suspicious he turns round to ask a fellow German to come and help him scout the area. Luckily when the Germans back is turned Jeremy makes a daring move and begin to crawl on his front toward the next tree that is located further away from the Germans. He arrives at the tree drained of his energy thanks to hunger. He forces himself on still crawling but on his hands and knees. This helps the Germans to locate where he is trying to get to. But Jeremy knows this to so half way through the undergrowth he gets hold of half a dozen twigs and begins throwing them in the opposite direction he is taking, the Germans buy it. They begin walking slowly with guns drawn toward the east while Jeremy is thundering toward the west.
Finally he makes it out of the bushes and trees and finds a squad of soldier coming toward him, Jeremy quickly puts his hands in the air to show he has surrendered, he felt like crying he'd come so far and now he was about to die. But to his joy they were British soldiers coming to rescue him. He began to run toward them to warn them about the Germans in the bushes but lucky for them the Germans had returned to their camp. The squad along with Jeremy returned to the front lines unhurt and feeling great.
