Frequently Answered Questions!
Read the FAQ below if you're unsure about creating your own division or purchasing items/Npcs.
Can i buy NPC units for my division? Even though it's not mine? - Yes you may purchase NPC units for the division you're assigned too, but you must ask permission from the "Commanding Officer" prior to doing so.
Can officers demote or promote me? - "ONLY" CO's (Commanding Officers; Lieutenants/Captains, UPWARDS) may only issue promotions and demotions best seen fit, but for a promotion or demotion to take place, there must be at least 'two' CO's in agreement on this matter - before notifying a staff member to make the changes.
Can i earn medals from my division officers? - Medals can be earnt by your commanding officers, but they must provide a fully detailed 'report' on why you have been chosen to be decorated with a medal, otherwise, you will earn medals via' Staff approvals.
So, being apart of a division is good? Right? - Being apart of a division is MUCH better than being a lone-wolf, why? Because you can earn promotions, medals and respect much faster than doing it alone. Also, you may even be given your own authourity in the division, depending upon the Commanding Officer/s verdict.
What if i don't own a division and i wanted to buy NPC units? - If you don't own a division, or aren't apart of one. Then you may only purchase 'ONE' of each NPC at max, depending upon your rank too. When or IF you ever become apart of a division, you may purchase as many NPC units as you'd like.
Can i buy loads of items? - No, there is a limit. Be realistic, buy weapons you know you'll ONLY use. Do not buy several rifles, otherwise a staff member will remove items from your inventory until a standard and suitable armoury is given. So buy and sell weapons, what best suits your character and needs.
Will i lose weapons in battle too? - Possibly, depending how long you've owned the weapon and how you treat it, it could possibly break? So treat your weaponry well and always remember, this is a realistic board.
Can i lose CP too? - Depends if you have a bad deal? You may purchase items from other members, through a transactional method by Personal Messaging a staff member to make the swap/transaction. Otherwise, you will not lose your CP due to RP terms, no.
If my tank or truck becomes immobile, can i get it repaired? - Very interesting, if your truck, tank, jeep or any other means of Vehicle is damaged or immobile - you may have to pay a REPAIR Price (contact staff member) OR if there's any Engineers on the board, you may request them to Repair your vehicle within a RP thread. For free.
Can i earn money on the board, without needing to battle or RP continously? - Yes, there are other methods. Ever thought about opening up your own shop? Or creating a character that has particular skills (Engineer, etc...) where you can offer a means of service or sell products to other members you don't need anymore? Think about it.

Court-Marshal; can a member be officially trialled by three senior candidates (officer ranks) of the corresponding division he or she has been arrested within?
Or, Would the verdict incorporate a staff decision (third party staff decision) according to our own?
As far as I can gather, POWs are trialled by the dictator of the abiding division they were captured by, so this should follow the same protocol, correct? We have no judge or juries to be bothering with, so the soul decision will fall upon it’s senior divisional candidates for the outstanding verdict correct?
I just want to make sure I’m following the correct procedure, as this verdict will entirely rely upon the feedback from three appointed council members of the Waffen-SS Das Reich. If this requires a staff verdict also, then now would be time to notify me, before such actions/punishments of a court-marshal are pinned to Hartwig Kriegheld.

Thanks, - Raf
Well I know I'm not a moderator or nothing, but I feel I should throw in my two cents.
According to the rule that talks about losing weapons in battle, at the end, it says this board is very realistic. If we are to stick to realism, then yes, I say a Court Marshal would be the most suitable thing. But you would have to work out several kinks. One, what would the reason be? In Hartwig Kriegheld's case, he had some personal problems (If I am correct, if not, sorry if I am offending you Hartwig) and couldn't post. Is the Prosecutor going to claim he abandoned his comrade by running away? I assume so. Also, who would play as the dependent's attorney?
In Nazi Germany, if I am correct, during their Court Marshals, almost every defendant was found guilty, then shot or something?
In this case, like Rafael said, we have no judges or juries, the Senior Officers of the Waffen SS would probably have to make the verdict, but I still say there should be some type of Court Marshal, even if it involves Admin intervention.
This court-marshal will not hear OOC problems, to be frank and blunt, but completely IC problems and although my honourable friend may have suffered a few personal problems or even a trip he may have had to prepare for, I'm discounting those facts completely and concerntrating on flaws to do with his character. Primarily being the fact he has caused a lot of damage to property of the Waffen-SS; my division.
Verdicts from three senior members of the division will be combined in due-course, the outcome will be posted following that and action will be taken for the punishment made.
I just want this court-marshal to be swift and straight to the point; should it require a bothersome several threads, I won't be too pleased, but I'll abide by the staff's wishes should it require such avenues to be taken and the verdict will be continued in a very lengthy fahshion. Hopefully it shalt' come to that and we can declare these pleasentries within the next day. Simple and swift.
Staff decision shall rule this benifactor of how we go about things very soon I hope. Let us not turn this into a debate Wilhelm, I'd hate to spam this FAQ thread up. - Raf
